Jay leads the corporate and finance initiatives, bringing the righteous business acumen at workplace. Having worked in numerous geographies, he has the correct knowledge of providing customized services to international clients with core expertise in efficient outsourcing processes and implementation methodologies thereby reducing cultural as well as educational gap between the organization and clients.

In a career spanning 8 years, Jay has played the role of Virtual CFO and has portrayed commendable services to a wide array of industries ranging from accounting firms, leasing companies, automotive companies, IT companies, hospitality industry across different parts of the world. Jay’s strong belief in fundamental knowledge enables him to encompass all international transaction processes for global clients with utmost ease.

Jay holds a CFA (Charted Financial Analyst) degree and is also a MS Finance degree-holder of ICFAI. Under Jay’s aegis, SourceIN has paved the path to become a solutions-focused organisation to ensure 100% delivery and perfection in services to local and global clients. He has an in-depth knowledge and expertise of many accounting software across the globe.

Anand Sanghvi

Anand Sanghvi is the Managing and Founding Partner at SourceIN Solutions. Under his business leadership, SourceIN helps various companies locally and globally to manage their finance and accounts function in a highly agile manner. With over 9+ years of experience in the finance and accounts domain, Anand’s forte lies in Financial Valuation, Transaction Structuring, Liquidity Management, Private Equity Funding and Business Development. Anand asserts that SourceIN’s services should be a ‘benchmark’ in order to attain highest level of client-satisfaction.

A Chartered Accountant and Certified Public Accountant (USA) by education, Anand excels at Mergers & Acquisitions, Valuation for Financial Reporting and Regulatory Purposes, Due Diligence, Risk Management Consultancy and Corporate Finance. Additionally, he also holds a Diploma in IFRS from ACCA Board (UK) and is also a Level 3 candidate of Chartered Financial Analysts (CFA US). He is responsible for driving the company’s strategic process to identify, evaluate and integrate organic and inorganic business growth options and deliver financial solutions to the clients across various geographies.

A reliable solution-provider, enthusiast businessman, go-getter and a versatile performer, Anand has successfully served several industry verticals for overall development & operations of the company across Business Strategy, Investment Structuring and management of various advisory practices at SourceIN. With extensive experience in Financial Valuation, Anand is also instrumental in assisting the investment and finance function for clients serving the government. Anand is also a veteran in accounting and business systems implementation along with Transaction Advisory.

Jindagi Shah is a professional Chartered Accountant (CA), Company Secretary (CS) and Managing and Founding Partner at SourceIN. Jindagi brings along with her rich and diverse experience of (insert) years in statutory audit, internal audit, international taxation, foreign companies accounting and corporate accounting and finance. She is mainly known for how she utilizes technical, management and business knowledge and skills to offer high reliability in the delivery of our services.

Her expertise lies in M&A Advisory, business accounting, business consultancy and Tax Advisory. She is a key player in various initiatives of the clients including corporate restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, joint venture collaborations, amalgamations etc. She works closely with various clients at SourceIN providing consistent services and delivery excellence. She mainly assists the clients in making key financial decisions while ensuring accounting and financial soundness.

Jindagi has also driven many finance-innovation improvement initiatives while maintaining high professional standards at SourceIN. She has pre-dominantly handled assignments involving internal audits, corporate compliances and regulatory implications of taxation. Jindagi is at the centre of end-to-end execution of assignments to assure complete and enhanced finance and accounting solutions.

Pranav Dalal

An alumnus of Harvard Business School, an MBA and an Economics degree holder, Pranav Dalal is SourceIN’s Global Joint Venture partner from the United States, being the business-development originator of clients in the United States. Pranav is highly recognized for ‘helping
owners grow their business and simultaneously disrupt their competitors’ through competitively priced and scalable teams from the Philippines and India.

His forte mainly includes increasing sales by generating prospects at a great pace, increasing profits substantially and lowering operating costs thereby bringing scalable business for clients at SourceIN. With over 19 years of career in the global market as an entrepreneur, Pranav has been a vital part of several multi-national corporations and has ensured long-term success for all the clients he has worked with.

At SourceIN, Pranav has joined hands to provide alliance and focus on building businesses for tomorrow and delivering excellence to clients through various parameters like Order Management, Supply Chain Management, Accounting and Book-Keeping mainly for the US region.

He is having wealth of experiences in funds management, financial accounting and fundamentals research. He is passionate about long-term investments into major asset class such as equity and real estate.

His knowledge and insights have helped numerous institutions and investors achieve funds mandate and investment goals. He shares strong networking with analysts and fund managers of renowned institutions across UK, US and the South Pacific regions. His value based professional practices blend well with his honest hardwork to deliver the best money making experiences to institutions and high networth individuals.
